  • Management typically covers planning, scheduling, posting, captions and basic community interaction, with the exact scope depending on the package.

  • Yes. One-off shoots are available for brands that need fresh content without ongoing management.

  • Content creation is more planned and brand-led, while UGC is designed to feel natural and platform-native.

Social Media Services

  • Websites are built on Squarespace or Shopify depending on the type of business and the features required.

  • Website pricing is fixed for each package and is shown on the individual service pages. Optional add-ons can be included depending on what your project needs.

  • Estimated timelines are listed on each package page. The exact timing can vary slightly depending on the size of the site and how quickly content is provided.

  • Yes. Smaller update packages and design days are available for existing websites that need changes, refinements or additional pages without a full rebuild.

  • Copywriting is not included by default, but guidance can be provided and copy support can be added if needed.

  • Payment is split into two instalments, with 50% due upfront to secure the booking and the remaining 50% due on completion before ownership of the website is transferred.
    If needed, staged payments can be arranged in advance to confirm your project in the schedule.
